A unique and tranquil, fully furnished building with beautifully light interiors, natural light and incredible views from your desk. State of the art interiors including infrared heating and superfast broadband will ensure you have all you need to support your studies.

Amazing outside garden designed to provide tranquility. Communal seating area in the gazebo which can be a place for relaxation, socialising or studying as there is full internet connectivity on site. External lighting, CCTV and secure gating will mean that the space is your own and there is also secure storage for your bicycles to help navigate the city.
Environmentally friendly
Designed to fully integrate with the beautiful surroundings, we are using solar panels and a battery to make the most of the power generated by the sun. This will also act as a back-up in the case of a power cut so that your studies will not be affected. The new infrared electric heating uses less electricity yet provides more heat.

The Location
An incredible location to the west of Bath with majestic views across the valley. Although close to the A4 (which means easy access to Bath and Bristol), it is a quiet location surrounded by fields with footpaths running through the lovely countryside. It’s the closest off-site accommodation to Bath Spa University with the entrance just around the corner from the Old Telephone Exchange.
